While it’s hard to prioritize self-care, paying attention to your inner life is one of the best ways to support overall health, including physical, mental and emotional health. You’ll have an easier time maintaining a positive habit and a resilient foundation when priority is given to self-care. Be intentional, and set aside your to do list… what’s going on?

The Most Effective Way to Use CBD for Anxiety and Panic Attacks


If you’re suffering from severe anxiety or a panic attack, you’ll want the quickest delivery method possible — and that’s inhalation. According to a report published by the Department of Health of the Government of the District of Columbia, cannabinoid levels peaked 3 to 10 minutes after the onset of smoking. When you vape or smoke you can feel the effects fast — which can be ideal for acute situations — but the same study also showed that cannabinoid levels cleared the body in about 3 hours, so the effects are not long-lasting.

Aloe is one of the best house plants as it only needs to be watered every three weeks. It’s an easy house plant that reduces skin inflammation. The clear gel from the plant has been known to treat home burns, cuts and small skin infections.

Ashwagandha is used as an adaptogen to help the body be resilient in the face of stress and fatigue. The root can be used to make a tea, extract or powder and consumed.

Gotu-Kola the perennial plant that’s said to make you more intelligent, is native to Asia and popular in Ayurvedic medicine for its benefits sharpening the mind and memory. Fresh leaves can be eaten in salads.
